Madonna is on her Rebel Heart tour |
Madonna has angered thousands of fans after starting a concert more than two hours late and finishing after the last train had left the venue.
The Queen of Pop had been due to start the show in Brisbane, Australia, at 9pm but did not take to the stage until 11.22pm.
Hundreds of fans had walked out of the Brisbane Entertainment Center by then and many demanded refunds at the ticket office.
During the concert, Madonna thanked the crowd that was near the venue's 13,500 capacity for their patience, but joked they had arrived too early.
"We started late - that hardly ever happens," she said. "You were here too early.
"You should have taken your time doing your hair and makeup. Then I wouldn't have been late."

The last train left the venue in the outer suburb of Boondall at 12.15am - around an hour before the concert eventually ended. Concert-goers were forced to join long queues for taxis.
Madonna's publicist has not responded to requests for comment.
Madonna plays a second Brisbane concert on Thursday night before ending the tour in Sydney.
On Tuesday Madonna hit back at claims that she was drunk on stage in Australia last week, saying she was merely playing a character during a performance in which she dressed as a clown and fell off a tricycle.
In an Instagram post, the 57 year-old pop star thanked fans for supporting her after media reports and video clips posted by audience members showed her behaving erratically at shows in Melbourne on 10 and 12 March.
The singer is currently fighting a custody battle with her ex-husband Guy Ritchie over their 15-year-old son Rocco.
